Richmond, IN – Carolyn M. Jackson was born October, 7th, 1950 in Hazard, Ky. The daughter of Curtis Jackson Jr. and Charlene Gilbert. She loved angels and was our Angel on Earth.
She loved children and her chosen career at the State Hospital. She had an insatiable love for reading (especially Danielle Steel). She was a great cook. If asked for advice, then she gave it to you straight and unfiltered. She departed this earthly life on December 15th, 2020. Preceded in death by grandparents, parents, aunts, and brothers (2). She leaves to cherish her memory: Sisters- Ionthia Hill of Richmond, KY and Barbara Oneal of Cleveland, OH. Brothers- Thomas Cornett Sr. of Columbus, OH. Nieces- Melissa Hill, Charmaine Gibson, Jessica Jackson, Tiffany Clark (Hill), Shatoya Jackson, and Charlene Jackson. Nephews- Ronnie Hill, Paul Hill, Curtis Jackson, Paul Jackson Jr., and Anthony Jackson. Granddaughter- Dezire Wright . A host of other relatives and friends including loving friends Jeanne Kelly and family and Kim White and family.

Services will be held at Community Family Funeral Home, 101 W Main St, Richmond, IN 47374 on December 19th, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. Family and friends may call Saturday at the funeral home one hour prior to the service. Masks and social distancing is required with 50 people rotating. Graveside services will be held immediately following at Earlham Cemetery located at 1101 National Rd W, Richmond, IN 47374.
