Judy Waldrup 78 of Richmond passed away Wednesday, November 25, 2020, from covid related complications. Judy was born in Dayton, Ohio on December 29, 1941.
She joined the Army in 1961 and was stationed in Germany during her two-year enlistment. She retired from Parker-Hannifin after working many years and was currently residing at Rosebud Village.
She is survived by her son Jeff Winterton of Orlando, Florida, and her daughter Susan Winterton of Economy, two grandchildren, and one great grandchild.
