Sharon K. Fallon, 77, of Straughn passed away Monday, October 19, 2020. She was born April 30, 1943 in Kennard to the late Jesse Donald and Ruth (Olden) Hagerman.
She graduated in 1961 from New Castle Chrysler High School. Sharon work at Indiana Bell/AT&T for 25 years and retired at the age of 50. She was a very good friend to many always caring and compassionate. Sharon was wonderful at making crafts and working in the yard with her flowers and gardens. She attended South Memorial Drive Church of God for many years. Above all Sharon loved spending time with family, children and grandchildren. She loved animals, especially her cat, Baby. Sharon married the love of her life on May 3, 1968, James Michael Fallon.
She is survived by her husband, James Michael Fallon: children, Randy Koger, Dana Ellison (Linda Still), Geoff (Lori) Fallon; 8 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren and many close friends.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her sisters, Laura Ammerman and Mildred Land; a niece Betty O’Rear.
Service will be at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, October 24, 2020 at Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service with Pastor Chris Gammello officiating. Visitation will be from 1 – 3 p.m. prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Henry County Humane Society, 11 Midway Dr., New Castle, IN 47362.
