Roy E. Gabbard III 62 of Richmond died September 6, 2020 at Harbor Manor Health Center in Noblesville. He was born June 18, 1959 in Richmond to Roy E. Gabbard Jr. and Anna Holloway Sharp, and lived here all his life. He worked in building maintenance.
Roy is survived by his two children Brian and Sarah, his mother, his brothers and sisters Deborah Gabbard, Donita Gabbard, Randy Gabbard, and Modena Tutt, nieces and nephews and his longtime girlfriend Michelle Hurry. He is preceded in death by his father.
