An impressive field showed up at Daleville High School on Saturday morning Nov. 16, for the Halloween Wrestling Classic for girls. 

Alexandria Monroe, Cascade, Centerville, Columbus North, Cowan, Eastbrook, Eastern Hancock, Fishers, Frankton, Hagerstown, Hamilton Heights, Lawrenceburg, Maconaquah, Madison-Grant, Marion, Milan, Monroe Central, Mount Vernon (Fortville), Muncie Central, Scecina Memorial, Shelbyville, Silver Creek, Tipton, Union County, Western Boone and Yorktown high school all sent wrestlers to the event. At the end of the competition Centerville (118.5) finished a close second to team champion Frankton.

Centerville had two individual champions and three other Bulldogs captured top four finishes in their respective weight classes. Alea Skinner was the champion of the 155-pound weight class. Shelby Life was the weight class champion of the 190-pound weight class. Cami Davis was third in the 120-pound weight class. Claire Skinner was second in the 130-pound weight class, Carissa Shadle was third in the 140-pound weight class and Isabella Kelley was fourth in the 100 pound weight class. Reagan Cauley was sixth in the 190 pound weight class.

Abigail Gilbert and Charlie Rinehart from Hagerstown both placed in their respective divisions. Gilbert was third in the 125-pound weight class, Rinehart was fourth in the 235-pound weight class.
