The Hagerstown Lady Tigers were assigned to the Shenandoah wrestling sectional held on Friday, Jan. 2. The Lady Tigers finished fourth in the final team standings, and Brenna Walker was the weight class champion at 125 pounds.
In addition to Walker, three other Lady Tigers advanced to the regional round to be held at Muncie Central on Saturday, Jan 10. Sadie Nicholas, third at 120 pounds, Abigail Gilbert, second at 130 pounds, and Izabella Mitchener, fourth at 140 pounds, will compete.
Other Hagerstown top six finishes:
Aurora Allen, fifth at 105 pounds.
Cameron Robertson, fifth at 135 pounds.
Suzelle Ferry, sixth at 235 pounds.
