The Richmond Symphony Orchestra celebrates the coming of spring with its “Echoes in Nature” concert on March 28 at 7:30 p.m. The event welcomes violinist Justin Bruns in his premiere performance with the RSO.

Maestro Andrés Lopera will lead the company with Mendelssohn’s “The Hebrides Overture,” followed by Vivaldi’s “The Four Seasons” featuring Bruns as soloist. In addition to his duties with the Atlanta Symphony, he teaches young musicians.

The concert will close with Beethoven’s Symphony No. 6 in F Major, also known as the “Pastoral Symphony or Recollections of Country Life.”

I’m excited to join with our generous audience in providing a warm welcome to Justin Bruns as he makes his debut on the Civic Hall stage.”
