The Richmond baseball team evened their season record at 2-2 on Tuesday, April 7, with a road win at Union County. The Patriots outhit the Red Devils 7-5, but the Devils were much more efficient, converting their five hits into 14 runs and defeating the Patriots by the final score of 14-8. 

The game was tied at 1-1 after the second inning before the Red Devils started to pull away, scoring nine runs in the third and fourth innings, to build a lead they would never surrender. 

Weston Jones drove in three runs for Richmond, who stole nine bases as a team. Logan Belanga added two RBIs. 

Zander Juday was the winning pitcher. Gunner Miller took the loss.
