Richmond traveled to Marion on Friday, May 3, to participate in the North Central Conference meet.
Top five finishers for the Richmond boys included: Antonio West fifth in both the 100-meter and the 200-meter, Alex Orihuela second in the 3200-meter and fifth in the 1600-meter, the 4 x 400-meter relay team finished fifth, and Masson Heiny won the shot put with a toss of 53-04.5 and finished third in the discus.
Top five finishers for the Richmond girls included: Akailyn Hogg won the 200-meter in a time of 26.43 and finished second in the 100-meter, Elizabeth Graham third in the 800-meter, Keena Barker second in the 1600-meter, Shaylon Sexton fourth in the high jump, Evelyn Lerner fifth in the pole vault, and Jenna Johnston fifth in the shot put.
The final team standings were not available as of press time.
