The Richmond swim teams played host to Connersville on Tuesday, Dec. 10. 

The Richmond boys defeated the Spartans 94-66 while the Lady Red Devils lost to the Lady Spartans 73-64.

Both Richmond teams had multiple first-place finishers. 

In the girls meet, the team of Emma French, Olivia Bailey, Kate Holthouse and Catie Moore won the 200 medley relay with a time of 2:25.16. Holthouse won the 100 butterfly with a time of 1:16.87. French won the 100 freestyle with a time of 1:05.16 and the 100 backstroke with a time of 1:19.15. The team of Holthouse, Rosa Colaj, Moore and French won the 400 freestyle relay with a time of 4:50.19.

In the boys meet, the team of Braxton Whited, Layton Smith, Owen Fowler and Greyson Farmer won the 200 medley relay with a time of 1:54.20. Smith won the 200 freestyle with a time of 1:57.44. Fowler won the 200 IM with a time of 2:12.66. Brodie Morken won the diving competition with a score of 177.85. Whited won the 100 freestyle with a time of 1:00.87. Farmer won the 500 freestyle with a time of 5:45.03. The team of Jude Lakamp, Travis Marquis, James Scherer and Baltazar Torres won the 200 freestyle relay with a time of 2:30.39. The team of Smith, Whited, Farmer and Fowler won the 400 freestyle relay in 3:42.47.
