Richmond Columbian Properties will host three speakers for its Quality of Place conference on April 10. This year’s theme is “History Matters,” focusing on the importance of valuing historic spaces in the community.
Registration begins at 10:30 a.m., with lunch served at 11 a.m. At noon, registrants can enjoy three sessions featuring property and real estate experts.
Tom Hamm, professor of History & Quaker scholar-in-residence at Earlham College, will share stories of important figures in Richmond’s Quaker history.
The second session will feature Todd Zeiger. As director of the northern region and VP of Heritage Trades for Indiana Landmarks, Zeiger has built a passion for historic buildings with nearly 40 years of expertise.
The third session is hosted by Adam Sanregret, principal, Cincinnati Historic Homes. A real estate agent since 2003, Sanregret has a long history of investing in property restoration, including several of his own homes. His latest project included an 1885 Second Empire home in Cincinnati’s historic Camp Washington neighborhood.
The Quality of Place Conference takes place at the William G. Scott House, 204 N. 10th St, Richmond. Tickets are $39.19 and can be purchased at wwn.to/qopconf26.
