Richmond Police Department is looking for a man who they say robbed a local convenience store/gas station.
At about 5:45 a.m. Wednesday, June 12, RPD’s third-shift patrol officers were dispatched to the 1200 block of South Ninth Street in Richmond to a report of a robbery.
Officers learned a man not known by the staff demanded money and left the area on foot, according to a news release from Capt. Curt Leverton.
Patrol officers secured the area and RPD investigators were called to process the scene. The case will be handled by the RPD Investigative Services Division.
