Glow sticks and hot-air balloons lit up Glen Miller Park’s golf course June 3 during the 1st Bloom & Glow event.
Prior to the balloons glowing at dusk, seven local caterers served ticketed guests inside the Richmond Rose Garden during the annual fundraiser.
