DUBLIN- Joanne Wallen, 76, passed away at her home in Dublin on Monday morning May 22, 2023. Joanne was born in Greensboro, Henry County, Indiana on August 26, 1946.  She graduated from Lincoln High School and attended I.U. East.  Joanne has lived in Dublin since 1960 and retired in 2009 from the Richmond State Hospital after 23 years as a Transitional Care Specialist.  She was also a Tupperware Representative and member of the “Do-Gooders Club”.  Joanne…
