Tracy Allen Reno, 57, of New Castle passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, July 5, 2022 at his residence. He was born June 1, 1965 in New Castle, Indiana.
A lifelong resident, he was employed at Jiffy Lube in New Castle for the past 4 years. He had attended Open Arms Church. Tracy had coached and umpired Little League baseball & softball and coached Salvation Army basketball. He enjoyed playing softball, fishing and watching races at Mt. Lawn Speedway. Most of all, Tracy loved spending time with his boys and especially his grandchildren.
Survivors include three sons, Bradley (Ashley) Reno, Ricky Reno and Dylan Reno (Shyianne Alexander), all of New Castle; daughter-in-law, Shelby Reno of New Castle; grandchildren, Hadleigh, Maddux, Peyton, Novaleigh and Scarlett; siblings, Rusty, Barbara, Sherry, Billy, & Rob Reno and Cindy Murphy; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
“I can’t promise my grandchildren I’ll be there the rest of their lives, but I can promise that I will love them for the rest of mine – Hug and kiss the kids for me, See ya! Love ya.”
In addition to his mother, Doris Joan (Chesher) “Maw” Reno, Tracy was preceded in death by siblings, Mike, Debbie, Jeff, Julie and John; two nephews, Ricky & Ryan; and grandparents John & Carry Mae Chesher.
Services will be 8:00 p.m. Friday, July 8, 2022 at Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service in New Castle with Pastor Ricky Davis officiating. Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. until time of services Friday at the funeral home.
