Joseph E. Powell, age 64, of Richmond, Indiana, died Thursday, July 20, 2022, at Reid Health.
Born May 12, 1958, in Hamilton, Ohio, to Raymond and Juanita M. Robinson Powell, Joe was a life-long resident of this area. He was a 1976 graduate of Richmond High School. Joe was a sports enthusiast and especially liked horse racing.
Survivors include his siblings, Walt Powell of Lynn, Indiana, Dotty (John) Wright of Monticello, Indiana, Kevin Powell, and Scott (Angie) Powell all of Richmond, and sister-in-law, Tonya Powell of Richmond. He was preceded in death by his parents, and brothers, Michael and Brad. Graveside service for Joseph E. Powell will be at 1:00 p.m. Monday, August 1, 2022, at Millville Cemetery, 2289 Millville Avenue, Hamilton, OH with Deacon Jack Wright officiating.
