Everett J. Isaacs, age 94, of Richmond, Indiana, died Sunday, March 13, 2022, at Golden LivingCenter – Golden Rule.

Born April 11, 1927, in Drip Rock, Kentucky, to Isaac and Mollie Alcorn Isaacs, Everett lived in Richmond most of his life. He was a tool and die maker, who retired from MEG in Cambridge City, Indiana, and previously worked at Motor Mower for 18 years. Everett was a longtime member of Southview Church of the Nazarene and Williamsburg Church of the Nazarene and most recently attended Richmond Baptist Church. He was an avid bowler, who was a member of both the church and senior bowling league. Everett also enjoyed playing cornhole and other backyard games, riding his bike, and walking. Most of all, he loved spending time with his family, including attending his grandchildren’s sporting events.

Survivors include his daughters, Kendra E. (Richard) Bryant of Richmond and Donna M. Rodandello (Randy Arney) of Tampa, Florida; son, Terry Wayne (Cathy) Isaacs of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina; grandchildren, Shawn Rodandello, Nicole Clemens, Katy Torres, Brandy Adams, Andy Isaacs, Emily McCroan, Kasey, Derek Bryant, and Darcy Talbot; 20 great-grandchildren; great-great-grandchild; nieces; nephews; and many friends.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 62 years, Emma Jean Purvis Isaacs, who died November 4, 2011; daughter, Shirley Ann Rodandello; parents; sisters, Hazel Murphy and Beulah Moore; and brothers, Roy, Arnold, Cecil, Delbert, Glendon, and Bonnie Isaacs.

Visitation for Everett J. Isaacs will be from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 16, 2022, at Doan & Mills Funeral Home, 790 National Road West, Richmond. Funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, March 17, 2022, at Doan & Mills Funeral Home with Rev. Kyle Allen officiating. Burial will be in Goshen Cemetery.
