Terrance Devon Gillard II, 17, of Richmond, went to be with Jesus unexpectedly April 24, 2021. He was born May 1, 2003, in Richmond to Terrance Devon Gillard and Sara Jesse McFadden and lived in Richmond all of his life.
Terrance was a graduate of Whites High School of the Metropolitan School District in Wabash and was employed by 50 E Café in Wabash.
He was a member of Hillcrest Baptist Church and Rock Solid Ministries.
Terrance was loved by everyone and a friend to all that knew him; being a multiple organ donor with the Indiana Donor Network, he was a giver both in life and in death.
He is survived by his mother, one brother Tavien Gillard of Indianapolis, maternal grandparents Danny and Briget McFadden of Richmond, maternal great-grandmother Ruth Ann McFadden of Richmond, paternal grandfather Tony Arter of Richmond, paternal grandmother Marsha Tillman of Noblesville, paternal great-grandparents Mildred and Robert Brown of Richmond, several aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends; too many to be named. Special cousins and friends include Lataj Brewer, Jason Duncan, and Chance Saylor.
He is preceded in death by his Father, sister Lauren Alexis “Pooky” Gillard, maternal great-grandparents Mack and Patricia Belcher, Martin McFadden, paternal great-grandparents Mary Reid, John “Obie” Eaton.
The family would like to thank everyone for their love, support, and prayers during this difficult time.
Services will be 11:00 AM Tuesday, May 4, 2021, at Hillcrest Baptist Church with Pastor Martin Holman and Pastor David Eals officiating; burial will be in Lutherania Cemetery. Friends may call from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM Monday, May 3, 2021, at Hillcrest Baptist Church.
