Shaun M. Collins, age 41, passed away at Reid Health September 15, 2021. He was born November 29, 1979, to Joyce Collins White, in Richmond, Indiana.

Shaun was a lifelong resident of Wayne County and attended Richmond High School. He was Owner/Operator of Mack’s Place and a man of God.

Shaun never knew a stranger; often giving the shirt off his back. He had a dark, witty sense of humor. He had friends all over and never judged anyone. Shaun had family and friends from all walks of life and was loved and cherished by everyone he came in contact with. He was an advocate for drug and substance abuse. He was a very genuine and caring man and was always a supporter of fundraisers especially for children and babies.

Shaun loved to fish and watching movies was his favorite pastime. He also loved plants and watching them grow. He was a dedicated hunter; with his family not seeing him for several hours.

Motorcycle riding was his favorite pastime. He was often riding “Black Betty” into the sunrise and sunset to capture a favorite picture. Riding was his therapy and he was proud of his Brothers, the Iron Horsemen.

Shaun loved his family, mother, his doggies, and the fact that is son was going to Ministry College to become a Minister.

Shaun leaves to cherish his memory, his son: Chaz Collins; Goddaughter: Lilly Mills; father: Randy White; paternal grandmother: Joyce White; girlfriend: Meggan Kelly; bonus dad to: Hunter, Bailey and CJ Tate; stepsister: Lisa Allen; his brothers: The Iron Horsemen; aunts: Loretta Holp, Lynda McCelland and Karen Caudill; uncle: Grant Covert; and several nieces; nephews and friends. He will also leave a special friend/brother: Little Willie Mills.

He is preceded in death by his mother: Joyce Ann White; paternal grandpa: Roy White; maternal grandma: Mary Ray; and an uncle: Jackie Caudill.

Public visitation will be held at Community Family Funeral Home on Tuesday, September 21, 2021, from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM.

Funeral services are at Community Family Funeral Home and are private for the immediate family; however the public going to the cemetery may line up at the funeral home Wednesday, September 22, 2021, beginning at 11:00 AM.
