Ruby M. Leach Dimett, 99, died Wednesday, September 15, 2021 at Reid Health.
She was born in Russell County, KY on January 20, 1922 to Robert E. and Sally Ann (Lawless) Leach. On June 28, 1946 she married Cecil Dimett and he preceded her in death on December 6, 2009. She was a member of Greens Fork United Methodist Church and a retired employee of Perfect Circle / Dana Corp. in Hagerstown.
Survivors include 3 sons, Larry Dimett, Gary (Mary Wilson) Dimett and Jeffery (special friend Debbie Kirk) Dimett, all of Hagerstown; 3 grandchildren, Travis (Stephanie) Dimett of Greensburg, Amber (Kris) Dimett-Rohr of Crawfordsville and Junstin (Robyn) Dimett of Hagerstown; 5 great-grandchildren, Mason Dimett, Jake Dimett, Samantha Rohr, Ryan Rohr and Josiah Dimett.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by 3 brothers and 7 sisters.
Private services will be at the convenience of the family with burial in Greens Fork South Cemetery.
