Born July 10, 1963, in Richmond, Indiana, to H. Raymond and Dannelle Parker Hayes, Robin was a life-long resident of this community. She was born a special needs child. Despite her handicaps and lack of speaking abilities, Robin brought many years of happiness and joy to her family through her beautiful, blue eyes and infectious laugh. As a young child, she attended First Baptist Church in Richmond. Robin also attended The Learning Center as a young adult. Her parents felt especially blessed that God would entrust this special child to their care.
