Patricia Marie Phillips, 81, Dublin, passed away Tuesday afternoon May 11, 2021 at Golden Living Center in Richmond, Indiana. A daughter of the late Homer Lee and Ruby Irene (Koger) Beaty, Patricia was born in Pickett County, Tennessee on February 12, 1940. Patricia moved to Western Wayne County in 1971 and had lived in rural Milton prior to moving to the Dublin community. She worked hard her entire life to provide for her family. Locally she worked in food service at Stop One in Cambridge City. Patricia was a proud mother and grandmother. In her leisure, she enjoyed cooking, sewing and gardening. She was an avid reader and frequent visitor to the library.
Survivors include her son and daughter in-law, Jerry and Judy Huddleston of Milton; granddaughter, Emma (Chris) Kidwell of Plainfield; 2 great grandchildren, Ella and Corbin Kidwell; 1 brother, Kenneth Lee Beaty of Readyville, TN.
Patricia was preceded in death by her husband, Orville Phillips on April 30, 1989. They were married in Pickett County, Tennessee on November 2, 1972; her sister, Judy Ann Craig.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. on Saturday May 15, 2021 at Marshall & Erlewein Funeral Home, Dublin. Graveside Services will follow at West Side Cemetery in Milton. Rev. Danny Berry will officiate.
