Olive Christine Bray, age 89, a resident of Mooreland, Indiana, passed away Wednesday, September 22, 2021 at Henry Community Health. She was born February 13, 1932 in Tateville, Kentucky and was a daughter of Elbert and Ethel China Dick.
Christine worked at Brooks Foods, Henry County State Hospital and was a private in-home care provider. She was an avid fan of Jeff Gordon, NASCAR, and Elvis Presley. She loved watching and feeding her birds.
Left to cherish her loving memory include five children, Elizabeth Anne (Michael) Smith of Conway, South Carolina, Debbie McWilliams of Indianapolis, Indiana, Kenny (Vickie) Bray of Springport, Indiana, Gary (Laura) Bray of Mooreland, Indiana, and Michael (Leslie) Bray of Alexandria, Indiana; three brothers, Donald Dick of Bronston, Kentucky, Carol Dick of Tateville, Kentucky, and Harold “Buddy” Dick, also of Bronston, Kentucky; a sister-in-law, Shirley Bradley of Cincinnati, Ohio; 19 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Bray; two daughters, Caroline and Darla Bray; a son, Steven Bray; a sister, Pauline Holland, and a brother, Raymond Dick.
Graveside services for family and close friends will be held 2:00 p.m., Sunday, September 26, 2021 at Mt. Summit Cemetery.
