Martha Neel Williams, age 60, a New Castle resident, passed away Saturday, January 2, 2021
She was born June 22, 1960 in New Castle, Indiana and was a graduate of New Castle Chrysler High School. Martha was retired from the Indiana Department of Corrections in 2010 after many years of service. She loved family activities, especially sharing time with her grandchildren. Martha enjoyed Bingo, Fishing, Reading and people watching from her porch.
Left to cherish her loving memory include a daughter, Misty Williams; a son, Matt Williams (wife, Amanda); grandchildren, Ashlyn, Kendra, Cassandra, Clayton Williams; a brother, Wallace Neel (wife, Julie); sisters, Sue Ann Roseberry, Mary Hinton (husband, Mike) Donna Martin (husband, Chuck), Crystal Changler; a step-brother, Bill Chandler (wife, Alice). Also, several aunts, uncles and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Linda Chandler (stepfather, Vernon); her father, Thomas Neel (stepmother, Virginia); grandparents, Wallace and Bea Montgomery.
