Deborah Lee Rastbichler 63 of Richmond passed away January 10, 2021, at her home after a short illness. She was born May 21, 1957, in Santa Barbara, CA. to Jerry Sell and Betty Duckett Shinn and lived in this area most of her life.
She was a homemaker.
She is survived by her stepfather Bob Shinn, three children Yvonne (Robert Mann) Holbert, Cullen Rastbichler, Haley Rastbichler; Jason and Chad Holbert who she treated as her own sons, two grandchildren RJ, Nicole Mann, one great-granddaughter Verity, three brothers Jonny Sell of Ventura, CA., David (Malissa) Sparks, Richmond, KY., Jerry (Becky) Sell of Bowling Green, KY., two sisters Dawn Parks of West Chester, OH., Shawn (Brad) Rhoades of Lynn, nieces, nephews, cousins, a special cousin Belinda Smith, and a special friend Mell (Scott) Wines.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her granddaughter Grace Mann and Destin Holbert.
