William (Bill) Gene Morgan aged 58 a New Castle resident, passed away on Thursday November 5, 2020 at his residence after a battle with cancer.
He was born October 25, 1958 in New Castle, Indiana a son of Lonnie Morgan and Ann Albertson Carter. He was a life-long New Castle resident and a graduate of New Castle Chrysler High School. He was a general construction worker and he enjoyed playing his guitar as well being outdoors fishing and camping.
Left to cherish his memory is his daughter Tenessa Sutton of New Castle ( 3 grandchildren), siblings Fred Morgan ( Sarah) of Kokomo IN, Rosemary Longhorn ( Joe) of Albany KY, Danny Guffey of Kentucky, Wayne Guffey of Kentucky, Lori Ann Carter Ellis (Greg) of Kokomo IN, Judy Carter Jewell of Kokomo IN, John Carter of Kokomo IN, Robert Carter of Kokomo IN, Alan Carter ( Dawn) of Kokomo IN, Many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
He was preceded in death his father, Lonnie Morgan, his mother Ann Albertson Carter, his stepdad Robert (Bob) Carter, his stepmother Lois Albertson Morgan, brothers Joe Morgan, Lenny “Bug” Morgan, Floyd Guffey and Jack Guffey and his sister Susie Morgan.
Services were held November 10, 2020 3pm. Cornerstone Ministries in New Castle, IN
Bill wishes were to be cremated; a private graveside service will be held at a later date in Batson Cemetery. Funeral services were entrusted to Macer-Hall-Marcum-Moffitt Funeral Home.
