Renee Dawn Martin was born December 16th, 1971, Richmond, separated by death from us on November 26th, 2020. Stepped into glory at 1 PM Thanksgiving Day, at the age of forty-eight, ended her time on earth but began eternity in heaven. Her family has the hope to reunite with her because of her statement of faith that upon hearing of the sacrifice of her savior Jesus Christ on the cross, she was emboldened by the hope of his resurrection and she repentantly put her faith in him.

In 1989 she was found to have a brain tumor at the young age of eighteen. For thirty-one years, Renee unstintingly battled the health effects that would result. Taking it in stride she was a 1990 graduate of Richmond High School and became an endeared mother and grandmother. Growing up and continuing into adulthood Renee was always a daddy’s girl having an inseverable bond to her father.

Renee is survived by her father and mother Jack and Sue Martin, her daughter Courtney (John) Blevins, her grandchildren Heidy, Emelia, John and Corban Blevins, her siblings Jack (Morgan) Martin, Rebecca (Mark) Koorsen, Lori Martin, and her many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her grandparents Charlotte (Bill Bowen) Martin and Robert and Jean Hughes.

Private funeral services will be 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, December 2, 2020, at Stegall-Berhiede-Orr Funeral Home with Rev. Andrew Stensaas officiating. Burial will be in Earlham Cemetery. Condolences may be sent to the family via the guest book at stegall-berheideorr.com.
