Nancy Ann (Doty) Hendrix, 74, of Willcox, AZ and formerly of Cambridge City passed away on Saturday, May 30, 2020 in Tucson, AZ. She was born on April 17, 1946 in Richmond to George William and Edith Naomi (Vernon) Doty. Nancy grew up in Cambridge City. She was a member of the first class of the combined Milton and Cambridge City schools, graduating in 1964 from Lincoln High School. She received an Associates Degree in Business in 1966 from Miami Jacobs Business College in Dayton.
Nancy was a member of Milton Christian Church and used to be an active volunteer at the Golay Community Center and the Western Wayne Senior Center for many years. She enjoyed sewing, gardening, playing cards and playing piano and organ.
She is survived by her daughter, Deann (Roy) McClurg; four grandchildren, Allison, Emilee, Shealyn and Zachary; two brothers, Wayne (Carolyn) Doty and Michael Doty and her fiance’ Thomas Ainsworth. Nancy was preceded in death by her parents and her son, Shea W. Hendrix.
