Charles J. Riggs 68 of Richmond died June 5, 2020 at Reid Health. He was born September 1, 1951 in Landshut, Germany to Charles L. and Mary Balberger Riggs and lived here most of his life. He retired as an OTR Truck Driver and was a graduate of Richmond High School.
Survivors include his five children Charles W. “Billy” Riggs, Joe Riggs, Beth Riggs, Sarah Riggs, and Megan (Gerardo) Gomez, eight grandchildren, one great grandchild, one brother Tommy Riggs, nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents, and one brother Wampy Riggs.
