RICHMOND, Ind. – George J. Wuerch, age 85, of Richmond, Indiana, died Sunday, December 8, 2019, at his home surrounded by his family.
Born August 19, 1934, in Portage, Wisconsin, to Fredrick James and Martha Finkenstein Wuerch, George moved to Richmond in 1980. He was a follower of the Lutheran faith. George enjoyed riding his Honda Goldwing motorcycle.
Survivors include his wife of 39 years, Dee Wuerch; sons, Jim (Sook-Kuan Loh) Wuerch of Sunnyvale, California, and Eddie (Kayoko Komatsubara) Wuerch of Indianapolis, Indiana; and many friends, including Matt Ridgeway and Art Geeting.
He was preceded in death by his parents and sister.
There will be no public services for George J. Wuerch at this time. Arrangements are being handled by Doan & Mills Funeral Home, 790 National Road West, Richmond.
