Fred L. Wilson
Age 71, of Richmond, formerly Fairhaven, went Home Tuesday, November 26, 2019 due to complications with HLH (Lymphoma).
He was born August 11, 1948 in Hamilton to the late Avery and Zelma (Nelson) Wilson.
In addition to his parents, Fred was preceded in death by his father and mother-in-law, Kenny and Freda Stephen; and brother-in-law, Kenneth “Peanut” Stephen.
He is survived by his loving wife of 34 years, Cindy Stephen; children, Lyddiah (John) Lasater, Fred “Lee” (Caprice) Wilson, Jr., Jessica Schuyler, and Joshua Schuyler; 8 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; siblings, Jerry (Judy) Wilson, Elain Barger, and Joan (Jay) Gipson; best friend, Carla Davis; and many more family and friends.
Fred retired after 31 years of service from Richmond State Hospital as the ground’s manager, was an avid hunter, and enjoyed “Sunday Drives’ on his Harley Davidson motorcycle.
The family will receive friends Saturday, November 30 from 1-3PM at BALES’ FUNERAL HOME, Camden. The Memorial Service will begin at 3PM with Rev. Gerald Sadai officiating.
