CENTERVILLE, Ind. – Wanda Bennett, age 67, of Centerville, Indiana, died Sunday, October 14, 2018, at her home.

Born December 31, 1950, in Oneida, Kentucky, to Carmen and Ida Mae Howard Napier, Wanda lived in this community most of her life. She was a 1968 graduate of Richmond High School. Wanda was a member of Hillcrest Baptist Church. She enjoyed playing cards. Wanda never met a stranger and lit up a room when she entered it. She loved her husband, children, Jesus, and her church family.

Survivors include her husband of 43 years, Gary D. Bennett; daughters, Kelly (Jamie) Duncan of Huber Heights, Ohio, and Cathy Bennett of Fairborn, Ohio; sisters, Marlene (Jim) Black and Reba (Coleman) Smith; uncle; nieces; nephews; cousins; many friends, including special friends, Brenda Kimbel and Sandy Teeguarden; and dog, Otis.

She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Carl Napier.

Memorial visitation for Wanda Bennett will be from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. Sunday, October 21, 2018, at Hillcrest Baptist Church, 3469 Hillcrest Road, Richmond. Memorial service will follow at 3:00 p.m. Sunday, October 21, 2018, at the church with Pastor Martin Holman officiating. Arrangements are being handled by Mills Funeral Home, 405 East Main Street, Centerville.
