DUBLIN – Raymond Voil Clevenger Jr., 80, passed away Monday, October 16, 2017 at Reid Hospital in Richmond. Raymond was born June 21, 1937 in Connersville, Indiana, to the late Raymond and Eva (Pierce) Clevenger. A longtime resident of Connersville, Ray has made his home in the Dublin community since 1978. Mr. Clevenger served his country in the United States Army and was honorably discharged on July 8, 1960 at the rank of Corporal. He worked for D&M in Connersville for many years. Ray also enjoyed collecting coins and was an Elder at the Apostolic Church of Jesus Christ.

Ray is survived by his two children, David Clevenger of Dublin; and Sherry (George) Mowbray of Mooreland; four grandchildren, Daniel Jackson, David Clevenger Jr., Elizabeth Longnecker and Stacie Clevenger. Ray had three brothers, Vernon, Edward and Earl and was preceded in death by his wife, Shirley Clevenger, on October 2, 2017.
