Richmond’s NAACP branch #3066 is organizing a membership rally that encourages prospective and current members to gather for an afternoon of fellowship, food, education and solidarity.
The event takes place at 4 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 17, at Richmond High School’s cafeteria, 380 Hub Etchison Parkway, Richmond.
Local group 2.0 Band will provide entertainment, and current and future chapter events and initiatives will be shared.

The nation’s oldest civil rights organization’s goals including fighting racial injustice, building an inclusive economy, creating a world-class education for all students, working toward an inclusive culture of health and equitable social service systems and supporting next generation leadership.
