The Lincoln volleyball team won a tough fight against Knightstown in a Tri-Eastern Conference match Thursday, Sept. 24, that saw plenty of dramatic play from both teams.

The Lady Eagles opened with a first-set win before dropping the second and third sets. Trailing one set to two entering the fourth set, the host Eagles were able to refocus their offense and re-establish their attack game to secure fourth and fifth set wins to claim the conference match 3-2.

A large percentage of the Lady Eagles’ offense was generated by their aggressive serving and stubborn defense.
