The Hagerstown girls basketball team traveled to Cowan on Thursday for a nonconference game with the Lady Blackhawks, who are members of the Mid-Eastern Conference.
The Lady Tigers jumped out at the end of the first quarter and then pushed their advantage to 35-13 by halftime. Twelve different players scored for Hagerstown. Elly Cheeseman led with a game high of 13 points, while Sophia Tinkle scored 11 points.
Savannah Hall scored 10 points to lead the Lady Blackhawks.
The win was the third consecutive for the Lady Tigers, their longest win streak since the 2020-21 season.
