The Richmond girls basketball team traveled to Lewisville on Thursday, Jan. 16, for a game with 1A seventh-ranked Tri High. The Lady Red Devils trailed at the end of each of the first three quarters before rallying in the fourth period to pick up a last-second win.

With her team trailing 43-44, Kiarra Handley buried a 3-pointer with four seconds remaining to propel Richmond to a 46-44 win. Maren Bolser led Richmond with 16 points and Amyannah Tucker added 14 points, all in the second half. Jillian Chew led the Lady Titans with 14 points and Kenley Cornelius added 13 points.
