This February 14, Communities in Schools wants Wayne County students and teachers to feel the love. The nonprofit will host its “Valentines for the Finish Line” campaign, sending notes of encouragement as schools prepare to finish the year strong.
Valentine’s Day cards with uplifting messages will be collected through Friday, February 13. Notes can be dropped off at CIS’s new Richmond location, 800 Mendleson Drive, or at any participating school’s front office. If visiting the CIS office, please call 765-983-2238 ahead of time.
While Valentine’s Day is once a year, CIS welcomes notes year-round.
