The 2A fifth-ranked Hagerstown softball team defeated Batesville 13-2 on its home field Friday, April 24.

Mackenzee Johnson collected four hits for the second straight game to lead the Lady Tigers offense to the blowout win. Harper Fisher added three hits. 

The Lady Tigers exploded for nine runs in the second inning to take control of the game. By the end of the third inning, the Hagerstown lead had increased to 13-0.

The Lady Tigers collected 16 hits in the game in support of Sydney Dobbs, who picked up the win.
