The Lincoln baseball team traveled to Kokomo on Monday, April 21, for a game with the Taylor Titans. The Titans are coached by former Lincoln head coach Matt Brankle.

Eagle senior Evan Stuckey turned in a complete game pitching performance, only surrendering one hit and striking out a career-high 16 batters in a 4-1 Lincoln win. The Titans were clinging to a 1-0 lead after five innings before the Eagles erupted for four runs in the top of the sixth inning to take the lead for good. Carson Hawk drove in two runs and Oliver Webb drove in another.

Hawk and Webb led the Eagles with two hits each. Joniah Trueblood had the only hit for the Titans.
