The Seton Catholic track teams traveled to Wes-Del on Monday, April 21, for a three-team meet with Wes-Del and Cowan. The Lady Cardinals easily won the meet and again showed that they are a legitimate sectional contender.

Bryn VanVleet won three individual events and ran a leg on the winning 4×400 meter relay team. Sara Swinney also won three individual events and ran a leg on the winning 4×400 meter relay team. Gwynie Falcone won two individual events and ran a leg on the winning 4×800 meter relay team. 

VanVleet: high jump (first), 100-meter hurdles (first), 300-meter hurdles (first) 

Swinney: 100 meter (first), 200 meter (first), 400 meter (first) 

Falcone: 1600 meter(first), 3200 meter (first)  

Jolie Scherschel: Long jump (first), high jump (second), 100 meter (third) 

Jackie Clemente: 1600 meter (second), 3200 meter (second)  

Allie Hamilton: discus (second), shot put (fourth)  

Maya Hamilton: 100-meter hurdles (second), 300-meter hurdles (second), long jump (second) 

Bella Cornell: 100 meter (second), 200 meter (second), 400 meter (second) 

Jana Clemente: 3200 meter (third)  

Brylee Roosa: 800 meter (third)  

Peyton Anderson: 800 meter (fourth)  

VanVleet, Swinney, Cornell, Scherschel — 4×400 relay (first)

Falcone, Jana Clemente, Jackie Clemente, Anderson — 4×800 relay (first) 

Gavin Killion was a double winner for the Cardinals in the boys meet, winning both the 800 meter and the 1600 meter. Luke Bose captured fourth place in both the 100 meter and the 400 meter.
