A new program will be offered weekly for youth ages 13-17 at The Club Teen Center, 1990 W. Main St., in Richmond. The Teen Support Group is a partnership between the Boys & Girls Clubs of Wayne County, A Better Way and the Stamm Koechlein Family Foundation.

In a relaxed, supportive atmosphere, teens can connect with their peers to learn real-life skills to sustain healthy relationships. Based on the “Peace Over Violence: In Touch With Teens” curriculum, participants will learn about healthy relationship dynamics, preventing and breaking cycles of violence, and digital safety and boundaries.

A Better Way’s Teen Support Group will meet on Tuesdays from 4:30-5:30 p.m. For more information, call 765-966-0538. Parent/guardian permission is required for participation.
