PHOTOS: Chalk stars

Main Street Richmond hosted Chalkfest on Aug. 30 at Jack Elstro Plaza. The event was free and open to the public, with chalk provided to all participants. Prizes were awarded to winners of all age groups, with a special prize for Best in Show. Joshua Smith captured the following photos for Western Wayne News.
