Richmond Community Schools: Two-hour delay Monday, Feb. 7. “We anticipate some routes to be slow-going with snow-covered county and residential roads,” said Communications Coordinator Bridget Hazelbaker. “Delaying gives us better daylight to navigate narrow roadways. Morning Preschool classes will be cancelled at Charles, Crestdale, Fairview, and Westview.”
