Though we are based in Cambridge City, we are a county-wide paper covering all of Wayne County, Indiana, including significant coverage of Richmond-area news, events and sports.
What do I get if I subscribe?
Print subscribers receive our weekly print newspaper delivered to their mailbox. Online subscribers have full access to our e-edition of the print paper, digital back issues, and individually posted articles and features. Print + Online subscribers receive print and online access at a discounted rate.
Is there a print edition delivery fee?
Delivery to Wayne County addresses is included with a print subscription. Additional USPS delivery fees may apply for some shipping addresses, you can review the total when you check out.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel in your online account any time, or by contacting us during business hours, before your subscription auto-renews. Read our full cancellation and refund policy.
What day will the paper be delivered?
The online e-edition is available Wednesday mornings. We also hand the printed newspapers off to the US Postal Service on Wednesday. Most subscribers in Wayne County receive their paper on Thursday or Friday. Papers may take longer to arrive based on your address and other factors affecting USPS delivery times. If you live out of state, the paper may take a week or more to arrive.
After I subscribe, when will I start getting the paper?
The address list for our print issues is finalized on Monday mornings for that week’s paper. If your subscription is active by Monday morning, you should receive a paper that week.
How do I access the paper online if I’m a subscriber?
Visit the My Account login page where you can enter your email address and password, then you can view the e-edition and unlimited individual articles.
How do I add online access to my existing print subscription?
If you currently have a subscription managed outside our website, please contact us for assistance converting your account to one managed online, which can include adding online access.
Can I change my subscription type later?
Yes, just log in to your account and look for the “Change Subscription” button to make a change any time.
What if I change my mind?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for new annual subscriptions. If you receive the paper or online access for a few weeks and then decide you don’t want it after all, contact us and we’ll end your subscription and refund your original purchase. Effective September 1, 2024 the Western Wayne News has updated subscription pricing.
- New and renewing print subscriptions are available for $55/year.
- New and renewing online subscriptions are available for $50/year or $6/month.
- New and renewing print + online combination subscriptions are available for $70/year.
There are no changes to our newsstand retail price or to the print edition delivery fees for addresses outside of Wayne County.
We made this change so we can sustain and grow our local news coverage in the face of rising production and delivery costs. We appreciate your understanding and support.
