Carol Ann King, 88, of Indianapolis, Indiana, passed away April 19, 2021. Carol was born September 17, 1932 in Cheswick, PA to the late Edward J. and Stella (Carr) Maginn. She was a graduate of Richmond High School, Richmond, Indiana and attended business college. She was also employed by Bucyrus – Erie Company and Swayne, Robinson, and Company.

Carol was a 4-H leader and animal lover. She was also an antique collector and refinished furniture. Later in life, she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, Andy and Claire.

In Richmond, she was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church, and later became a member of St. Monica Catholic Church in Indianapolis.

Carol is survived by her son, Michael (Irene) King; daughters Nancy King and Laura King; grandson, Andrew, granddaughter, Claire King, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, Richard “Dick” King, siblings, Jean (William) Cox, William (Lucille) Maginn, and John (Joan) Maginn.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, April 26, 2021 at 11:00 AM at St. Monica Catholic Church, 6131 N. Michigan Rd., Indianapolis, IN, with calling beginning at 10:00 AM at the church. Burial to follow at St. Mary Catholic Cemetery, Richmond, Indiana.
