Rosa Lee Boggs, age 87, Richmond, was called home to the Lord for February 11, 2021. Rosa Lee was born August 20, 1933 in Maryville, Tennessee. She is the daughter of the late Hobert and Lena (Bryant) Heaton. Rosa Lee moved to Richmond, Indiana in the 1950’s and lived here until her passing.
Rosa Lee owned her own cleaning service for several years in Richmond area. Rosa Lee was also employed at the Ivy Tech Richmond Campus maintaining all campus buildings.
Rosa Lee is preceded in death by her parents, infant sister Joann, husband Kenneth Boggs, son Jeffery Boggs, great grandson Allen Dowe III, and great granddaughter Eliza Marie Boatman.
She is survived by her children Bobby (Suzi) Hightower of New Castle, Indiana, Peggie Hightower Layne of Richmond, Indiana, Robert Dale Boggs of Knoxville, TN., Joann Boggs (Tim) Palmer of Knoxville, TN., and Mark Boggs of New Paris, Ohio. She also leaves a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
