Jodith R. ”Jody” Vincent of New Castle, 82 passed away on January 4, 2021. He was born March 10, 1938 to the late Mae Kyle Vincent and Robert Vincent in Central City Kentucky.
Mr. Vincent lived most of his life in New Castle, he proudly served his country in the U.S. Army and retired from Chrysler Corp after 30 years of service in 1998. He loved NASCAR racing and driver Mark Martin, he also enjoyed fishing, working on lawn mowers and gardening.
Survived by Stepdaughters Margaret (Jeff) Lewis, Martha (Junior) Gard. He was a loving Pappy to his grandchildren; Dallas, Heather and Justin Lewis and Katie (Doug) Thompson and several great grandchildren, sisters Nadine (James) Abshire and Glenda Thomas.
Preceded in death by both parents, brother Kenneth Vincent, sisters Lillian Ferrell, Edna Schafer and Agnes Frost.
Visitation will be held Friday January 8, 2021 from 11- 12 noon, with services at 12 noon, all at Macer-Hall-Marcum-Moffitt Funeral Home. 2011 Broad St. New Castle, online condolences can be made at www.macerhall.com.
