CAMBRIDGE CITY – Treyton “Trey” Scott Hill passed away Saturday morning, August 19, 2017 at his home in Cambridge City.
Treyton was born in New Castle, Indiana on January 17, 1984 and was a lifelong member of the Cambridge City community.
He graduated from Lincoln High School in 2002 and was a member of the Golden Eagles varsity basketball team. In his leisure, Trey enjoyed watching NASCAR and horror movies, working on electronics, and playing with his dog.
Survivors include his father, Jeffery Scott Hill of Cambridge City; his mother, Kimberly Jane (Vance) Lawrence of Richmond; two sisters, Heather Morrow of Connersville and Kaitlyn Lawrence of Richmond; step-grandmother Velma Hill; and several aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.
Treyton was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Richard Hill and Connie (Parks) Tanner; his maternal grandparents, Dale and Leola (Goble) Vance.
Private visitation was held at the Marshall & Erlewein Funeral Home, Dublin. Following cremation at the Eastern Indiana Crematory of Dublin, a celebration of life bonfire is to be held in September.
