After competition of the preliminary rounds played on the Lincoln courts on Saturday, May 11, the final round matches for the Tri-Eastern Conference championships to be played Monday, May 13, were set.
Regular-season champions Centerville led the tournament, entering the championship round with 32 points and qualifying Makenna Hartman at No. 1 singles, Kylar Marshall at No. 2 singles, and the duo of Madi Fralick and Myleigh Hartman at No. 2 doubles.
Northeastern was in second place with 19 points and qualified Lauren Lacey at No. 1 singles; Chaia Gardner and Ella Coddington at No. 1 doubles, and Olivia Null and Alyssa Sheets at No. 2 doubles.
Hagerstown was in third place in the team standings with 16 points and qualified Avery Schmitz at No. 2 singles and Addie Vinson at No. 3 singles.
Centerville went on to win the tournament for the 14th consecutive year. The Bulldogs won championships at No. 2 singles, No. 3 singles, and No. 2 doubles. Northeastern won at No. 1 singles. Union County was the winner at No. 1 doubles.
